And again with the sock
So I am still working on it. I just have no time to knit period. Not to mention the fact that Tim gets so sad whenever I work on anything other than his sweater. He actually wants to wear the sweater! Go figure. I have 4 inches before I switch to smaller needles then an inch of ribbing and the body is done. I totally plan on doing both sleeves at the same time no need to give myself another place to mess up. The body didn't take as many balls of yarn as I thought so I shouldn't have any problems actually knitting both sleeves at the same time. Wooo!
Now to just find time to knit the sock, do homework, and everything else that life demands.

pssst....if all goes well then a little package will be mailed off tomorrow....
Angelia has a message for you at the KH forums....something about a tracking number???
teehee
Sqeeeeeeeeee!!!!
I can not wait!
I think the guy said four days...we'll see...
Is it just me, or are the socks not traveling cross country? #@&*! USPS.....
The Sock tracker:
Socks have left NC and are enroute!!!
Is it sad that I started glancing out the window watching for the mailman the moment that I heard you had sent the package?
hehehe
Nah, not sad...I check the mail box even though my pal hasn't sent the package yet =-)
And stupid USPS isn't updating. So what was the point of getting a tracking number? It will be at your door step days before the USPS website is finally updated...
what a drag...I check the site every morning and night.
I just checked on another package I mailed and it may not be a bad idea to check the mail box. She'll be getting her package by tomorrow...so I have faith it will be soon...
*sigh*......waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh....the socks aren't going anywhere! I could have drove them to you quicker =-( Next time, I use Fed EX....
Your item was processed and left our DES MOINES, IA 50395 facility on February 10, 2007
*Cheering*
Finally!
Finally! I was beginning to wonder! lol
You totally should have driven it to me. Road Trip! hehehe
Well, at least we know it is moving.
I was think about it and maybe it is faster than me driving the package to you. I mean I'd have to detour to stop at every knit shop along the way....
=-)
I think I have solved why the package doesn't move very fast...I think the socks are doing sight seeing tours across country. They obviously seem to love NC and IA.
If you haven't already, then please check your door step or where ever the mail man puts your packages =-)
Didya get'em huh, huh, huh? Now I'm the one in tourture...LOL
You did get the socks!!!!! I'm so excited! I really do hope you like them. I didn't want to be bad swap pal...
and who knows...now that I have your addy there may be random goodies from time to time =-)
